Senior leaders increasingly carry responsibility for ESG strategy, institutional credibility, stakeholder trust and long-term public value. The fellowship helps leaders move beyond fragmented initiatives toward a coherent ESG leadership architecture that can be discussed at board, partner and institutional level.

The fellowship is designed as a senior learning experience with faculty input, peer dialogue, guided strategic work and final presentation. It should feel closer to executive education than a standard online course.
Participants prepare a board-level ESG strategy, partnership model, funded project portfolio plan and leadership reflection. Completion of the fellowship does not automatically confer FSE-LSSE recognition; senior recognition requires separate assessment or nomination.
The fee range is £2,500-£5,000 per participant depending on cohort model, support level, faculty input and institutional arrangements. Bespoke executive cohorts may be priced separately.
LSSE teaches this subject within a wider framework of social enterprise, sustainable economics, leadership, governance and institutional development. The programme is designed to be practical without becoming superficial, and academically serious without becoming inaccessible. Participants are expected to leave with stronger judgement, clearer documentation and a more credible operating approach.
