Senior managers in charge of socially responsible programmes, public affairs, philanthropy, environmental health and safety, or community affairs will learn how to measure the impact and performance of their programs, manage risk and decision making, and deliver both business and social value.

Students in this course will gain knowledge on how companies must manage a broad array of activities and goals, being charged with delivering value for both business and society. This programme will enable you to create a coherent corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy that aligns social and environmental efforts with the business purpose and values, and takes into account the societal context in which you operate, can maximize positive social, environmental, and economic outcomes.
