Description

Taking part in our Emerging Business and Non-Profit Leadership programme will give you the opportunity to explore your potential as a leader. The course is specifically designed for mid-level managers, including administrators, and programme directors of small community-based organisations faced with new responsibilities, who require the tools and frameworks to manage and motivate others to excel and achieve results.During the programme, you will be introduced to the necessary skills, culture, people, and practices that will drive your success. Participating in group activities, discussions, and training, you will build your leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.

Objectives

This course is designed to introduce the concept, as well as engage students and their tutor in a joint learning experience of this field. Through this course, students will:

This course is accredited and, to be awarded credit, you must satisfactorily complete written components. Please submit your application at least two weeks prior to the programme start date. Since qualified candidates are admitted on a rolling, space-available basis, early application is encouraged.
