She moved to Project Management Office at MAS Holdings (Digital Excellence) in 2019 where she Provides leadership to the Project Management function at Innovation 2.0 of MAS Holdings, that consist of a group of Project Managers/ Senior Project Managers who are delivering projects/ programs that are key to the organization’s Future Proofing Agenda and ensures the; Project Management Governance, Project Management Team Leadership, Project Tracking & Monitoring, Budget Preparation & Management are in place.
SHIRMILA earned her Master’s Degree in Business Administration in 2011. She developed a wide range of analytical, investigative, rescue and turnaround skills, and learned to assess the strengths and weaknesses of businesses very quickly. She’s thoroughly trained in the Federal Methodology, Institutional Methodology, Consensus Methodology, and all the rules and regulations governing Financial Aid. Her over 18 years of experience has intensified her advocacy for improvements in the identification of Financial Aid opportunities and matching the right programs with family’s needs. She takes great pride in providing wealth accumulation strategies, high quality accounting services, tax strategies and financial management solutions to small businesses and individuals as she strive to get to know her clients and become an insightful financial partner who really understands their goals and challenges.
